updates

I've been meaning to add these updates on two previous subjects:

The squirrels have figured out how to get into their feeder, and now make regular use of it. (I have yet to catch them doing it on ‘film.’)

The ice-covered pumpkins thawed out a few weeks ago and turned mushy and spongy. Don’t tell the neighbors, but I threw them into the woods in the back of the yard. I thought maybe somebody like a groundhog would find them to be good eatin’ – or at least sustenance to help get through lean times.
