first "flowers" of spring

These are the first flowers I've seen this spring:

Thesea are dew-covered pussy willow catkins in the next-door neighbors' yard.
They're cute, they're fuzzy; and they don't need a litter box. They don't purr though.

The daffodils? They're still working on it.

The daffodils started pushing up about a week ago here. They're in bloom now.

I put tulips in the containers you gave me. we've finally got them to bloom this weekend.
